Matthew Kenney graduated from the French Culinary Institute. After working in upscale New York City kitchens, he opened a number of his own highly regarded restaurants in New York and along the East Coast. He was named one of America’s Best New Chefs by Food + Wine Magazine and was nominated twice as a Rising Star Chef in America by the James Beard Foundation.

Known for her television appearances and healthy living initiatives, Leslie Durso has spent her career working to inspire healthy eating habits—through plant-based recipes, tips, and demonstrations—in a mainstream audience. She has appeared everywhere from The Food Network, The Discovery Channel, The Doctors, and Everyday Health and has spearheaded healthy living content on outlets such as Mind Body Green, CNN, Glamour, and Maxim. Durso is also the feature vegan chef for the Four Seasons Hotels in Punta Mita, Mexico, and Nevis, St. Kitts.
