As the leader in plant-based culinary education, PLANTLAB is proud to offer two intensive Seal Programs that provide a fully comprehensive experience for those looking to become a true culinary professional. Each courses' career-inspired curriculum builds upon the last, ensuring a well-rounded mastery of everything from advanced techniques and recipe ideation to marketing and restaurant management. These programs are designed to equip students with the necessary tools to launch their careers in the culinary space.

Our state-of-the-art kitchens and experienced instructors maintain a structured learning environment while also cultivating a creative space for you to develop your culinary style.
PLANTLAB CORE SEAL
720 ONSITE + 235 INSTRUCTOR-SUPPORTED ONLINE COURSE HOURS
A six-month-long exploration and mastery of beginner through advanced culinary concepts and techniques that combines Levels 1-3 of our Cooked and Raw programs. With the burgeoning demand for plant-based cuisine—both elevated and approachable—our combination of raw and cooked training provides our students with career flexibility that other culinary schools cannot offer.
PLANT-BASED RAW TRAINING
Level 1: Fundamentals of Raw Cuisine - 120 hours
Level 2: Advanced Raw Cuisine - 120 hours
Level 3: Professional Raw Applications - 120 hours
PLANT-BASED COOKED TRAINING
Level 1: Fundamentals of Cooking - 120 hours
Level 2: Advanced Cooking - 120 hours
Level 3: Professional Cooking - 120 hours
PLANTLAB MASTER SEAL
1200 ONSITE + 235 INSTRUCTOR-SUPPORTED ONLINE COURSE HOURS
The PLANTLAB Master Seal Program is a ten-month-long onsite experience that combines the Core Seal and adds our Plant-Based Pastry courses. This will include Levels 1 - Level 3 of our Raw, Cooked, and Pastry courses plus Baking, providing students with the most robust plant-based culinary education available in the world. Students will also receive supplemental online courses including Culinary Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, and Elite Sports Nutrition, along with three years of access to our online platform.

Level 1: Pastry and Desserts - 120 hours
Level 2: Pastry and Desserts - 120 hours
Level 3: Pastry and Desserts - 120 hours

ONLINE NUTRITION + SUPPLEMENTAL TRAINING
We believe that being a master plant-based artisan comes from both practice and the continual pursuit of knowledge and experiences. Whether you choose to travel to gain culinary inspiration or work closely with a network of colleagues to develop your creativity, a great chef never stops learning.
When enrolling for the Core Seal or Master Seal programs, you will receive a full catalog of online courses to supplement your training. These programs will include those listed below, along with two years of access to any self-paced courses we have available.
Culinary Nutrition - 135 hours
Sports Nutrition - 50 hours
Elite Sports Nutrition - 50 hours
2 Years of Self-Paced Online Courses
Upon enrollment, students will have two full calendar years to complete the onsite training and instructor-supported online courses to receive a Seal Certification from PLANTLAB Culinary. Unlimited access to the self-paced online catalog of programs will be available at your convenience and all future classes released during your access time.
